CUSTOM ORDER POLICIES

- Custom orders must be placed no less than one week in advance. However, not all dates are available, so place the order as soon as possible.
- A non-refundable deposit of half of the order total is required at the time of placing an order.
- No changes can be made to an order within three days of pickup.
- Minimum of six cupcakes per order required.
- Cupcake orders may have multiple flavors, but each flavor must have at least six cupcakes.


IN STORE POLICIES

- Cash and card accepted.
- A 2.6% surcharge is added to all card transactions. It is more expensive for everyone to pay by card.
- A minimum of $10 is required for card transactions.
- Please do not touch or reach over the partition. This keeps our baked goods safe from contamination.
